I caught 3 Eevees to evolve into the 3 friendship evo eeveelutions. I tried doing the café thing where you buy like 4 drinks for the friendship boost, but now I've bought 7 or so, and only one of them has evolved. The other two don't even have arrows saying they CAN evolve. What am I doing wrong??

I transferred a Starmie from Home to Sword, and it's moveset included Psywave. In Home, the move had a '⚠️' next to it, so I assumed that it couldn't be used in Sword. However, after checking the moves description in-game, I saw this and automatically felt like it was so ominous... 😭
We couldn't find him for a few days, and then I heard meowing, and now we assume he is stuck as he keeps trying but cant move. He is about a little over 2 stories high, so he could be afraid, but also possibly weak from not eating or drinking. Is there anything we can do? He is in an area where fire rescue would not be able to access.
