I received my phone case yesterday after waiting quite a while for it to be delivered to Vietnam. I was really excited to finally get it, but after installing it, I noticed visible gaps on both the left and right sides. Because of the gaps, you can clearly see the silver edges of my iPhone (see attached photo).
I checked YouTube reviews and photos from other users with the same case, and theirs fits perfectly with no gaps at all. Mine doesn’t sit flush against the phone, which makes me think I may have received a defective unit or one with a quality control issue.
Imagine waiting weeks for international shipping to Vietnam only to end up with a case that doesn’t fit correctly. It’s honestly frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this with the same case? Is this normal, or should I contact the seller and request a replacement?

Hello, I have an S23 Ultra, but I'm having an issue where it's not charging when I plug it in. I need to restart it for it to charge, and sometimes I have no luck getting the phone to charge. So i am planning to get as a replacement. It is worth it?
