Hii, anyone got a tip for a pattern that will mimic this top (the tiktokker is selling the tops not the patterns unfortunately), i really like the wrap around tie detail and i think i can just wing that part but the main body shape im not so sure about

I've been wanting to make this overlay kind of top for a while now. And I've finally gotten my fabric. I really like the one the girl with the red bag is wearing (pics 1-2) but I've noticed hers has an adjustable waist. Ive found patterns of tops that i like that i could use (other pics +some inspo pics)
So my question is: can i just follow such a pattern and add a tube for the adjustable waist straps? Or how can i achieve this?
