Graduting as loser in college at 19 any hope?

Currently I am 18f going on 19 and into my senior year university. The only friend I really made was off the university reddit. I joined a bunch of clubs even becoming e board member for one and then proceeding to lose the election the next year because the other candidate was cooler and ran on nothing??? I have had no relationships and no hope on dating apps. Even ignoring all that I found i probably have autism and adhd, definitely cptsd, and a chronic illness that has no cure and i just developed an allergy to one of the only treatments.

People keep on insisting this is the best time of my life but it is i am in for whole round of misery then. What can I do to remotely fix my situation?

I think i have hs in the ear canal

I have had it my whole life but recently i got some sudden pain in my jaw, to my ear

The jaw pain subsided but ear pain remained with a little hearing lost so I went to urgent care they looked at my ear and saw possible dried pus or dead skin cells.

They put me on a round of nasal steriods, anti histamine, and an antibiotic.

Im still taking all this but my right ear finally stopped but my left started hurting and I cant sleep it is just killing me and i cant use zinc oxide as im allergic.

Has anyone else experience this?

Im pretty

Any recommendations on how to start from 500 on the diagnostic?

I took it the other day with no content review but just finishing my upper level biochemistry class and I looked at my score breakdown for each of the section especially c/p and b/b.

I notice 70 percent of the questions I missed for both were biology related which makes sense since im a chemistry major with a physics background (but havent taken physics class in 6 years about). But biology is most of the test so obviously I need to get better. Where is the best content review for biology? My parents are luckily paying for all my prep and thinks i should have an mcat tutor is worth it?

Also i'm taking the exam late august how many hours should i dedicate to exam prep? I am doing research this summer and volunteering weekly but thats it.

Why cant I get into a relationship

I am 18f, im not overweight, and bisexual (u think this will double my chances)

I am also a third year going to my fourth year in college so theoretical I should be able to get into a relationship easily but no.

There could be several factors as to why this is i am ugly, I am black (no true black people around at my college), I am autistic.

Most of people i hang out with are men (not intentionally) and I have asked out people in the past men/women.

I am trying to fix the ugly part by losing weight even though im at healthy weight. I am therapy and trying to get help for the autism to help me cope better. And there is nothing I can do about the black part.
