I've came across peirama perfumes recently and I'm a bit confused to actually buy from them or not!!! There are also negative comments about their perfumes so if anyone used 'Floral Blast' or any other feminine perfumes from peirama let me know whether I should buy from them or not!!!? And another thing,

I'm in search of perfumes that have jasmine notes and have high performance and longevity for daily use and also for special occasions. Any recommendations!???

I have like dark brown hairs naturally. How can I achieve the blonde shade shown in the picture on my brown hairs!? And which developer I should use!?
