Why has our channel suddenly collapsed?

Our channel has been going for just under a year with a video roughly once every four weeks. The videos are very high production value and take a long time to make so this is pretty much the most regular we can feasibly make them. They're presenter-led documentaries and how-tos in the area of history and heritage.

We got to around 16k subscribers fairly quickly with three videos being over 100k views and most others being between 5k and 40k. However, for the past few videos our channel has been a complete write-off. We've struggled to get any videos over 1k viewers and I'm becoming increasingly exasperated wondering why.

For our more recent videos:

- The quality is consistently improving

- The CTR is good, around 6% (Studio is telling us "People on YouTube are choosing to watch this video more often than usual")

- View duration is above average for our channel, our latest one is literally more than double

- We're promoting them on other social channels as well as via shorts and community posts

- And they are all very relevant to our core viewer base

And yet our impressions are rock-bottom, our videos aren’t being put in front of anyone (even our own subscribers) and I really just can’t work out why.

I understand that not every video will be a viral hit. But for a channel with 16k subscribers and 700k views, not being able to have a video get more than 1k views is absolutely appalling. Does anyone know if there's anything we can do to improve things? Happy to send the channel in a DM if anyone feels like helping.

What's your favourite single frame in all of Silksong?

For me it's the Seamstress' hut. It looks so cosy and bursting with character, while the lighting and occlusion are just such a huge step above anything from Hollow Knight. It genuinely looks like it could be a frame from a Studio Ghibli film.

Breathing solution for upright immersion?

I sometimes have to do underwater camera operation and have never found a breathing solution which quite works for me. Because I spend most of my time looking directly forward at the camera screen rather than downwards, most snorkels just end up tilting backwards into the water. Does anyone know of any (dry snorkels) which are either completely upright or can be modified to be so?

Corruption of BRAW files - is this data rot or something else?

I shot and edited this material about a year or so ago. It's saved across 2 different HDDs (Lacie Rugged, APFS). Now, upon returning to it, it has developed intermitted visual glitches such as this. These glitches are in the actual BRAW file, not just Resolve. I know for a fact that this footage was originally clean, because I previously edited much of it into deliverables which showed no aberrations.

The fact that this has happened to footage on two different drives is worrying me greatly, because that suggests that none of my backups are safe. I have to edit new deliverables together now and am praying I can work around the artefacts, but for the future I feel I cannot rely on any of these drives, and I also cannot afford to simply replace them.

I should add that the affected footage is all BRAW, shot on both a P6KPro and UMPG2. Both sets of files seem to be affected equally.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Broke my GRII screen 3 days into a month-long hike but the camera still took photos

I love this camera so much, you don't even need a screen to take good shots.

On a serious note, is it possible to fix a totally dead screen or is my camera fubar?
