I applied for few HNW jobs but they required experience with HNW families.

Can you guys suggest what I should do, either to suggest an agency that could hire someone without experience with HNW families, or how to improve my resume, classes I can attend, languages I could study…

I take care of kids full time for 9 years — as au pair, nanny and assistant teacher.
I have Bachelor’s and master degree in library science in my country, it’s not related to childcare but I was an intern in a school library.
I’m also a newborn care specialist and postpartum doula, and have some other certificates related to childcare. Portuguese native speaker, fluent in English and working to reach fluency in Spanish.
35 years old, not married, no kids, and no family at all in the US, which means I’m very flexible and available. Living in Chicago but open to move.

Any advice is appreciated!
