Just finished Dr. Stone — as an agronomy student, I'm curious how much an agronomist could've helped Senku

Just finished the Dr. Stone anime and it was fantastic. I'm studying agronomy in university, and it got me thinking: if Senku had had an actual agronomist by his side during the rebuild, how much of a difference would that have made? Curious what others think.

Anime vs. Manga vs. Light Novel — which format tends to produce the most "masterpiece" level work?

if you had to pick one medium — anime, manga, or light novel — as the format most likely to produce a true masterpiece, which would it be and why?

Demon King's Daughter Is Too Kind" — Do Dou's redeemed allies actually deserve redemption, or just softer punishment?

If you've watched Demon King's Daughter Is Too Kind, you know the supporting cast around Dou has a genuinely dark rap sheet. Before she was even born, these are the same people who:

Planned to feed a slave girl to a monster

Poisoned a child, with a real risk of killing her

Fed children to carnivorous plants

Sent goblins to ambush and enslave travelers on the demon king's orders — including women and kids

Racked up a body count doing all this and worse

Then Dou is born, and episode by episode her kindness nudges them toward being less monstrous. By the "present" of the show, they're softer, sometimes even sympathetic.

Here's my question for the sub: if you were the judge, would that redemption arc be enough to spare them — or does what they did before Dou existed demand real punishment regardless of who they've become since?

Hi everyone, I have a simple question: how much can practicing poomsae (forms) daily improve my self-defense skills and my sparring ability in both Taekwondo and Muay Thai?
