Ok so Know i have sleep apnea , i had it for years i got tested years ago etc but i never did get a machine , i kind of brushed it off foolishly but now im struggling to function , i wake up snoring in the night multiple times etc anyway my question is can i buy a machine and which 9ne is best to get started , im not going down the NHS route that takes too long , i need this sorted now , plwase help
