Best MMA Sparring Gloves?

Hey everybody, hope you guys are doing well. I was making this post because i was curious what you guys think are the best MMA sparring gloves? Ive been boxing for the last 6 years and know every brand head to toe but being new to MMA I'm not too sure. Every UFC fighter and MMA celeb is constantly repping their sponsor so Im not sure what to go with. Im mainly in between ONX, Yibuko, Venum 3.0s, and Sanabuls. Ive heard the most out of these respected pairs and would love to hear your guys feedback!

Best 24/7 Home Camera Security?

Hey friends, First time homeowner here, I was curious as to what you guys recommend for outdoor house cameras? For context I need about 4 cameras, 2 in the front, 2 in the back. I have dogs, and my grandma is home alone a-lot. So having cameras all around the house would be nice. Also, ideally something that is hardwired; we currently have nest cameras but every-time they pick up movement or someone rings the bell, it doesn't even load.

Cal Grant What are the next steps?

Hi everybody, I was curious as I'm going to be a college freshman at CSU this fall, I'm enrolled as a lower division transfer. I did falsa in the beginning of the year and recently I looked into my Cal Grant which I had previously signed up for in 2025, I already have been awarded and it says it was filed or renewed with my FAFSA application and I have gone ahead and submitted my School Change. Does anybody know if i still have to do a GPA verification or no? Also what would the next steps be from here?

EDIT: To Clarify I'm enrolling with roughly 6 units only. When I originally did the Cal Grant and was approved it was in 2025 and I ended up not getting into the program although I had been accepted to the college.

Selling Sanja Zameen in Punjab India

Hello Everybody I needed some help with selling some land in Punjab in my village located near Dhilwan and Nadala. The issue is I inherited it thru my dad, following his death in 2025. My Sister, Mom, and I are ready to sell but the issue is its sanja/connected with my uncle who also lives abroad. He is very stubborn and is threatening to farm on our land already having planted seeds. We have offered to sell him the land before hand and he clearly cannot afford its close to 6 kilas. What should we do? A lawyer will probably cost too much, and we were thinking of going to companies who specialize in these types of properties where we can sell it to them at a lower market price.

Hey Guys, I'm looking to start my undergraduate in engineering and am thinking about Civil or Electrical/Mechanical. I'm worried as i hear that money is really bad in this field and to be completely honest I do care about money. But i feel as thought job security is just as important. How would you guys compare it to Elec or mech?

I'm trying to decide between two schools for mech engineering and could really use some advice from people who’ve been through it. For reference, School 1 is a typical 3 Year BS program that will cost roughly 30K USD. School 2 is 60K USD and also a 3 Year ONLINE BS program from a college that is known for its superior Engineering Curriculum. Both Programs are ABET

Option 1: School 1 — I’d be paying significantly less in tuition. My main concern is the in-person workload might be a bit hard to handle whilst working and I would have practically have no days off as my schedule would be 4 Days on Campus and 2 Days at work. Pros being that since its in-person I would be more likely to build stronger connections whilst having more opportunities for internship.

Option 2: School 2 — It seems to have a stronger overall engineering reputation and possibly better resources, research, and recruiting, but it would cost me quite a bit more since I’d be out-of-state tuition. Pros being the online flexibility that it comes with. I thrive on online classes and prefer the quarter system much better. Going here I would make the tuition back as well being able to work more so the cost is not really an issue. The main Con would be the lack of connections and opportunities to meet with professors although the campus does host similar job fairs which I will be attending albeit in a separate state.

For context: My main goals are landing solid internships during school, passing the FE/PE, and getting a stable job after graduation. I’ll also need to be working while in school, probably around 20–28 hours a week over 2–3 days, so balancing workload and schedule flexibility is a big factor for me.

Would Love any feedback Thanks!
