Hallo ihr Lieben,
Mein Arbeitgeber bietet nun endlich Jobrad an 🥳 Ich habe mich schon auf dem Portal registriert und würde mir am Samstag gerne Fahrräder anschauen. Ich habe schon mal diverse Websites angeschaut, aber ehrlich gesagt bin ich komplett überfordert wegen des riesigen Angebots. Vielleicht kann mir ja hier jemand helfen :)
Ich bin sehr casual Fahrradfahrerin, brauch also kein krasses Rennrad oder so. Was ich mir wünschen würde:
- ein schönes Citybike, bestenfalls mit Korb (will oft einkaufen und zum Sport fahren und brauche Platz für Gepäck)
- bestenfalls niedriger Einstieg
- es sollte leicht sein, da ich es jeden Tag in den Keller bringen muss
- Preis ist mir relativ egal, brauch aber keinen Luxus
sehr gerne mindestens 7 Gänge
Vielleicht könnt ihr mir ja helfen, meine Entscheidung etwas zu erleichtern 🫶🏻

According to German police, the ,Girl in the river Main’ has been identified after 25 years
Translation of the press statement of Hessen police:
On May 12, 2026, a 67-year-old German citizen was arrested on strong suspicion of having killed his then 16-year-old daughter nearly 25 years ago and dumping her body into the Main River.
The suspect was brought before the investigating judge at the Frankfurt am Main District Court on the same day, who then ordered his remand in custody on suspicion of murder. The decisive leads came from the international campaign “Identify Me,” which in October 2024 called for information regarding the identity of the “Girl from the Main” and to help identify the perpetrator.
Following several tips from the public, the investigation continued with undiminished intensity, which has now led to the arrest of the suspect.
The 67-year-old, who was born in Pakistan, is alleged to have killed his daughter between July 28 and 31, 2001, in the family’s former apartment in Offenbach by delivering a series of brutal blows. He is then alleged to have wrapped the 16-year-old’s body in a bedsheet, tied it up, attached the wrapped body to a parasol stand, and thrown it into the Main River in Frankfurt. The body was discovered by passersby floating in the Main River on the afternoon of July 31, 2001.
