It shows up randomly, and I've only just noticed it today. What does this mean?

This is quite literally me just complaining about everything. No specific topic, no one person or item.
The state of our world today has me exhausted, and sometimes it really is just that dang phone. People are rude and inconsiderate at every turn for no apparent reason, and every community space or online space I go into feels hostile. Try to play an online game? People are calling each other slurs and degrading other's skills. Go outside to touch grass or try to make new friends like a normal person? You get weird looks and are told you're cringe or too much. You can't be a person. Doesn't matter the skin color, the sexual orientation, gender identity, age, nationality. Nothing. Someone's gonna hate you just for being that thing, and for some it can ruin your entire life.
The corporations. Oh my god the corporations. Ads everywhere. Can't go two minutes down the road without billboards and signs, can't even get on my phone to do anything without being bombarded by ads. Everything is a subscription. Everything costs more to get away from the UNHOLY amount of ads. We got streaming services to have a place where commercials don't exist. Now I can't even watch a 30-45 minutes episode of a show without 3-5 ad segments full of MINUTES of ads. I know why we have ads, but the frequency of them and the placements are getting way out of hand.
Speaking of corporations. Job searching. So my two options are unemployment or the ninth ring of hell unless I have 3 years of experience and certifications in literally everything. How is anyone who's trying to live on their own going to be able to get experience and get paid enough when everything requires experience to have it??? Not everyone is cut out for customer service jobs like retail or food service, and even if that's your only option, you pay for it with your energy and mental health. Everyone's overworked and underpaid. The job market is trash, and no one's happy.
Last thing, circling back to people. What happened to all the places we could have community? Why are the only available places people can get together are ones that cost money? I haven't made friends since college because I don't have the extra money to spend to go to those places, and I'm definitely not using an app because those are even worse.
I hate complaining, I really do. But I'm so tired, and frustrated. The whole world just feels hostile, and the human experience is lacking the joy all of us were promised as kids. I hope others feel the same, because then maybe we can have a little hope about banding together and fixing all this.
I cannot stress how annoyingly noisy these neighbors are. They are directly above me, and there are three of them. While I understand there are limits to being quiet with an apartment that doesn't have much insulation or sound barrier between floors, the amount of noise they make is utterly ridiculous. Their footsteps sound like they are stomping every time they walk. They occasionally talk loudly or have big groups of people over who make far too much noise late into the night during the week. They also have animals, a cat and a brand new puppy. The puppy will howl and bark relentlessly for hours on end when they leave their unit for work. My roommate and I both work from home, which means that we deal with this noise DAILY. It impedes on my ability to sleep soundly, and makes me feel on edge constantly because their random BOOMS of dropping what sounds like bowling balls and their dog never being quiet doesn't let me have a moment of peace. The worst part? My roommate and I, on multiple occasions, have mentioned to them that we can hear all this. Each time, they just kinda shrug and say sorry but it NEVER CHANGES. I don't want to have to try to find ways to block out the noise. I just want these people to be courteous and finally be quiet for once.
