Serrated edges when cutting

Hi! I have been trouble shooting a newly developed issues where no matter what I do I am getting these weird serrated edges.

I have spent around 16 hours working on this and this is what I’ve tried so far:

- strong and light grip mats
- cricut generated shapes/lines along with my personal ones
- all the different pressures in the book starting with as light as my machine will allow and increasing by five point increments to as high as it will go
- endless calibrating
- 6 new blades
- cleaning inside the housing and the carriage bar
- firmware update (the newest was implemented yesterday)
- and I’m sure I’m missing a ton of other things

Version: explore air 2

Materials tried so far:
Vinyl, laminate, two types of printable vinyl and printer paper

This is something that I have not experienced in my previous crafts but now cannot seem to get it resolved and am losing my mind. Unfortunately, this is also harming my business now and am desperately trying to get it back up and working asap. Please if anyone have any tips please let me know

Images are of my most recent cut with newly delivered blades.

Questions about a pet communication session with Susan

Hello besties!

I was thinking about doing a pet communication session with Susan as I have been having litter box problems for THREE years with my cat but am unsure of what a session would look like and if it would be beneficial for this particular problem. This would by my first sessions with Susan as well but I wanted to see if those who have done a pet session would be able to share what I could expect and maybe a little insight?

TYIA and a photo of my Misty Day for the tax ☺️
