How's HyperOS now?

I know how notorious Xiaomi is at managing their software department on phones, namely the bugs and inconsistencies that updates bring and also the unstable update rollouts, but is it still the case now?

I don't have experience with Xiaomi phones, in fact, I'm only just planning to. I want to buy the China ROM variant of POCO F8 Pro (Redmi K90) and I'm curious as to how it performs compared to its competitors like the iQOO Z11 Turbo/Neo 11 or, and especially, the OnePlus Ace 6, mainly on the software part. They have pretty much the same configurations, but Redmi K90 has an upperhand because it has a telephoto lens and speakers tuned by BOSE, whilst the OP Ace 6 lacks those things. but still, considering how amazing the ColorOS (or OxygenOS for global) is in terms of functionality and especially stability, I can't help but be conflicted on what to choose because of what HyperOS is as of now.

is HyperOS really as bad as people say? does it really hold its own if I put it face to face with other android skins? will it get better in time? is it worth getting the features that K90 offers but at the cost of peace of mind regarding the software?

How many software support years for China ROM phones?

I've seen a post regarding a recent (I guess not so recent) announcement of Xiaomi in extending select phones' software update years, and it said 5 years for flagship phones, 3-4 for midrange and longest support for tablets and such, for Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, etc. So I was thinking, how about the China ROM variants? like the Redmi K series, how long is the software support, is it just like on the POCO variants? and since it's pretty much almost considered flagship phones, it should have 5 years as well, no?

I have many connections from my main email, just like we all do, but I recently made a personal email (and my main email was my previous all-around email, personal, business, etc) and I want to make my original email be used for business and other formal things and separate the connections it has such as accounts on apps, games, etc. I want to transfer those to my other newly created personal email, how?
