I have an Okeefe and Merritt model 2040-3 oven that works great, but requires us to keep an eye on a thermometer and keep messing with the control to maintain temp. I'm thinking it needs a new thermostat, because if I set it to 400, it'll heat. At 350, it'll maintain temp fairly well, and anything below that seemingly acts as if it's off. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate the help! I tried to include as many pictures as I could to help

Then, upon selecting the network, it'll give me critical error for about five minutes before finally going to a black screen with apple logo and a progress bar showing two minutes remaining on an install. After the progress bar completes, it boots as expected, but is there anyway to bypass this error in the first place? I tried reinstalling macos, clean install, repair disk, clearing nvram and pram. Any other ideas?
