0 Connected devices in Quantum Fiber App?

All devices function and are connected on the network, but I can't manage them in the app. They don't show up under "Devices" or when I go to the 360 Wifi. I only have one pod/router which does indicate it is online.

I used to be able to see all the devices in either of these views. Speed test works, tried the usual things (restarting within the app, unplugging physically).

If anxiety had a theme song

Cruising over on r/Whatcouldgowrong made me think of this show. And then I made the mistake of looking up the intro. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHXc9lhMcKg I got chills for a second. Who here remembers or was a little freaked out during some of the episodes. This was on prime time, Tuesday nights I think. The fuggin kid crying while being taken away right as the music crescendos is a trigger.

I do think the show was brilliant from a cultural and informational and even a bit of a community service standpoint.
