3 year bodybuilding journey from natty to enhanced IFBB Pro

Did my first show 3 years ago natty and then decided I wanted to see how far I could go. A little under 3 years enhanced and was able to check the IFBB Pro box, next goal is to make it to the Olympia by 2028.

I’m 40 years old, 6’3.5 and was 248 on stage (NPC Universe, Classic Physique open class D), 265 currently in health phase with my push starting on Monday. I’m an open book for questions!

What are some lifting queues you use that may be non standard?

List the exercise type and what you’re thinking about! I think I have a pretty strong back/lats, one thing I focus on in lat based rows (either horizontal or diagonal iliac) is to move the weight in an arcing motion downwards like a smile in both directions. I also try to really actively stretch the lat with the same technique on the eccentric. One I got from Dr. Mike Reilly is with biceps training; think of your arm as a catapult and arc the weight up, not just bending straight at the elbow. Use the triceps as the fulcrum point.
