What should be changed in my Vertical Improvement workout plan?
This is a 2 week plan. Crossed out upper body workouts. Thursdays are a rest day. Tuesdays and Saturdays are both running days to keep up cardio. Improvements would be great. Should I do some higher reps on certain workouts?
