Mac mini M4 Pro vs Base model for 4k Video Editing?
I am currently using Final Cut Pro to edit 4K video files shot on GoPros, Insta 360 X5 and Sony a6700. Mostly it's just family stuff, holidays etc. It's a hobby and I enjoy making as nice videos as possible, but it's not for professional work.
I am working from SSD drives and editing on my Mac mini M4 (16gb RAM and 512GB) and despite how well regarded this machine is, I actually don't find it all that great for editing 4K video, especially when some of my exports are around an hour long and I have timelines with a lot of footage.
My question is: would I notice a worthwhile difference in editing speed in terms of lag etc if I upgrade to a Mac mini M4 Pro with 24gb RAM and also 12 core CPU + 16 Core CPU (as opposed to 10+10 with base model) ? Anyone with any first hand experience of how much of a difference the user experience is between these two machines?

Pain in right side when sitting
I'm a 45 year old guy, 170lbs and 6ft tall and in reasonable cardiovascular shape, I cycle 3-4 times a week on my home trainer for around 45 minutes a time.
I recently started adding weights to my workouts over the last few months, pressing 5 sets of 40kg a couple of times a week as well as lateral pull downs and seated rows. I push it as much as I can and try to train to failure, but we are not talking super-heavy weights.
I've had no pain whilst doing any of this, but recently I've started getting an annoying pain in my right side whilst sitting at my desk for a couple of hours. I only get the pain when I'm sitting at my desk and it feels like something is digging under my ribs, almost like a bit of a stitch what you might getting from running.
Could this be caused from my recent weight training somehow? It's odd because I only get the pain whilst sitting at my desk and I never feel any pain whilst actually lifting. Anyone had anything similar or could think why this might be happening? Thanks
