Anyone know which diagnostic center this is?

Hi! Does anyone recognize this diagnostic center or price list?

I'm looking for a diagnostic center that offers the tests shown in Package F (₱1,100): Chest X-ray PA, Drug Test, CBC, Hepatitis A & B Screening, Urinalysis, and Fecalysis.

I'm having a hard time finding a clinic that offers both Hepatitis A and B screening. If anyone recognizes this package or knows where this diagnostic center is located, I'd really appreciate the information.

Also, if you know of another diagnostic center that offers all of these tests, I'd appreciate any recommendations.

Applying for a govt agency (COS/JO) but TOR is still being processed

Hi everyone, I'm applying for a Contract of Service/Job Order position in a government agency. I meet all the requirements except my Transcript of Records (TOR), which my university is still processing.

Can I follow up with the agency regarding my TOR requirement while my school is still processing it?

Any insight from people who've gone through this would help a lot. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
