90s family photo identification

Hi Gippslanders,

My father died a few months ago and I'm going through some photos to try and find something to frame. This one I always had in my head as being from a trip to Bendigo, but now I look at it closely (the banner at the top) it looks like Gippsland - perhaps Lakes Entrance?

Does anyone know where this could have been taken? I look around 3-4 years old in the photo which would date this around 1994-95. Does this place still exist?

I recently watched the Dooku arc from Tales of the Jedi, which depicts Dooku essentially staying in the Jedi Order and acting as a sort of double agent right up until the events of The Phantom Menace in 32BBY.

But in the last couple of days I read Claudia Gray's Master and Apprentice, set roughly 40BBY, which is not specific about when Dooku leaves the order but makes it clear it was past tense, and partly related to his role as the heir of Serenno.

I've dipped in and out of the new Canon in the Disney era but my recollection was that getting rid of Legends meant having a cohesive canon across all formats. This is clearly not that.

Here are my questions:

Has any official source accounted for the discrepancy, or is it assumed that TV shows are a higher level of canon than books?
If you're familiar with the storyline of both media, do you have a preference about which works better for Dooku and the overall plot? I'm undecided myself.

I bought this on a whim in the Aldi special buys. The brand is Findon, an Aldi brand, and it contains 307 pieces. This is my first wooden puzzle so I made it on top of the paper but I don't know if that's the done thing or not. It was just so pretty I had to buy it.
