Vibes tonight were immaculate

Thanks to everyone for just being so fantastic, bringing the energy and shout out to the person who spotted the diabetes sensor on my arm and checked that everything was good as I had been drinking, all in all a fantastic day with fantastic music. Love this band and the fanbase

First solo trip

Hi everyone, I’ve just booked my first trip to Florence and this will be my first ever solo trip, and my first holiday as an adult, I’ve picked Florence because it seems to be a good base for Tuscany, my flight lands at Pisa and I’m also a fairly easy journey to the Emilia Romagna region and I want to go to Imola and the Ferrari museums.

As I’ve never travelled before I’m finding organising everything a bit overwhelming, I’ve tried to stick to a philosophy of just keep it simple and take it day by day but I’m also aware that some things should probably be booked in advance, as it’s a last minute trip I’m not expecting to be able to go to everything but I would like to visit some of the many museums and similar places.

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on things I should book, nice places to visit which don’t need booking and things I just shouldn’t attempt (I fly out on Monday)

I’ve also been looking at wine and olive oil tastings (I am a huge fan of food and cooking) but I don’t really want to go on a tour bus wine tasting day trip, I’ve been looking into a few nearby wineries and tours direct from their website, but if anyone has any recommendations for that as well then feel free to let me know.

I know this is all stuff I can find on the internet but I’ve got a lot to plan in a short time so I figured I might as well ask around.

Many thanks
