Time sensitive! Gamvar over oil stick painting

Hey time sensitive - can I use gamvar today over a painting that is dry, was painted over 4 months ago, but has some not hard chunks of oil stick in areas that i would like to leave? Meaning it’s all dry to the touch but my nail leaves a dent. I’ve read mixed things.

Progesterone support through nutrition?

I’m wondering if anyone has effectively raised progesterone levels with nutrition adjustments in early pregnancy?

Currently 7 weeks pregnant. I asked my OB for a progesterone test due to my history, and first one came back 13.88. I started using Wild Yam cream - recommended by my midwife (doing tandem care atm due to my history). The following week it was 8.39 at 6 weeks 5 days.

I know a lot of pregnant people take progesterone, and I was about it take it last night when my whole body broke out in sweat and everything in me was telling me not to take it. I’m super sensitive to meds and like one of the people that gets heart palpitations from melatonin. So I try to listen to intuitive hits like that.

I have read a lot of people have success with wild yam creams, b6, vit c, vit e before conception. I’m wondering if anyone has used these in pregnancy (at safe doses) as well as eating for progesterone support (fish, red meat, avocado, tree nuts).

I don’t have any symptoms showing me that anything is wrong with this pregnancy. My pregnancy symptoms are not very strong — I’m very tired and I have aversions and very low key nausea on and off. That being said symptoms weren’t bad with my first (full term) pregnancy either.

Just looking for some guidance as it’s Friday and I felt silly calling the OB since I was the one who asked for the test in the first place. And now it’s the weekend.

I’m also still breastfeeding my toddler, and we lost both our dogs since I conceived. So, I feel like breastfeeding, grief, and my insomnia may be impacting my progesterone, too.

Kiki Doll

I made this Kiki’s Delivery Service doll for my Kiki obsessed toddler. I made them matching dresses from the same material. Modifications to come, including a Jiji, but couldn’t wait to share.
