It is a very potent minty spray that stings my mouth. I imagine that it would be very unpleasant in the eye
My coworker was walking at Betty Wolfe park and saw this guy on the sidewalk being attacked by a hawk. It’s very tame, so I think it’s an escaped pet. Do you know anyone in Mandarin that lost an adult bearded dragon?
It was given to me because I have snakes and a frog, but I know next to nothing about beardies so I really want to find its home asap!
Edit: thank you for the messages. Nobody claimed her, so I brought her into Xtreme Exotics. I trust them to get her the care she needs and to fix her up for a new home.
Most likely not in this style, just an example. Any pics will do, goofy or otherwise.
Be aware that I cannot do fully or mostly white chickens, or any lacing. No guarantee on quality and (depending on how many pics I get) if I can get yours done!
Edit: dw yall im working on them! I’m working with some new colors so still getting used to them. They’re also taking a lot longer to dry than I anticipated 😅
She was drowning in my office building’s kitchen sink so I scooped her up in a plastic cup. I gave her a drop of honey. Is this a native species or an invasive? Flosser for scale lol location is Jacksonville FL
People seemed shocked by the first vid, so here’s the extra extreme rage that I cut from that post LOL
(She has since been un-broodied and is okay now 😄)
Alternatively, it could’ve been so good that he died from amazement or something. I don’t know because I can’t ask him and I’m too superstitious to watch it.
My mom and I used to do road trips and would listen to audiobooks during the drive. I have this vivid memory of listening to one about a trial where the jury's bus gets blown up. A baby is also killed at some point. I believe the baby was found in a boiling pot or something? I've tried to jog my mom's memory about it, but she has no idea (and thinks I might be slightly insane).
I'm not sure if it's a Patterson or Grisham book. It could be another similar author. Those authors are my parents' favorites so I'm inclined to think it was one of their books.
I’m having trouble locating a rental place where I can book a fishing session for my dad on Father’s Day. All I can get Google to give me is places to buy a kayak, boat ramps, and pontoon/yacht rental places. I believe he has his own fishing equipment, I would just need to rent the fishing kayak itself (preferably one with pedal drive). Possibly open to a small fishing boat rental also.
He lives in Fruit Cove. Does anyone know of any rental places near there?
All 18 are growing pretty closely together. I tossed a slug when I checked last, but I think maybe she had dropped an extra in so I had missed the actual 18th egg.
I keep telling her that people are saying she can’t do it, but she doesn’t seem to care given how viciously she protects them all lol
Because I always get people asking, she is a bantam Cochin/peking. She’s actually a “dwarf” bantam! Came from an egg I was almost sure was a slug because it was so small. She’s still noticeably smaller than other bantam Cochins that I’ve had.
Just did the first candling to check development on Mama Pauline’s batch of 18. All but one (ironically, the only bantam egg) was developing right on schedule! I honestly didn’t expect her to be THIS successful. I will check again in a week or so to make sure development is on track.
So, enjoy this clip of me trying to give back her brood and her doing her best Jurassic Park dilophosaurus impression.
So anyways, enjoy her claiming her new brood of 18 bym eggs. I ordered 12 but the farmer was kind enough to throw some extras in. I wonder how many she’ll be able to hatch out? Her mom was able to hatch and raise 12 Brahma and EE chicks, so I think she’ll manage quite a bit from this batch.
The skeksis head says yes but the yellow shoulders are throwing me off for certain
