Any thoughts about this “afforable housing” development in Milwaukie? These were developed by a women owned development firm and built by a very reputable contractor and Proud Ground offers incentives to purchase. But somehow only a few of these have sold. 250k is still expensive but with down payment assistance and such, it seems like one of the best examples I've seen.
I love what the owner of Good Measure is doing in Milwaukie and seriously considering moving there. Any thoughts on the area? Love getting a sandwich and drink at Good Measure and heading down to the river.
