The joke master (real name: Duncan) is one of the strongest characters in my manga. The joke master is a telum user. A telum is a central object in the verse; each user has a weapon. In combat (not in special abilities, only in combat), this weapon scales to the user's power. That is, if the user is weak, the telum will be weak (a little stronger than the user). If the user is overpowered, it will be overpowered, a little above them. And each telum has an ability that the user can use if they have it in their hand, but it comes with a drawback. The joke master's telum is his jester's scepter, and his special ability is: Duncan will tell a joke to the opponent. If the opponent laughs at this joke, they become a puppet of the joke master and can be killed instantly whenever the master wishes. But if the joke fails, the joke mastee receives an extreme headache for 10 seconds. Note: Duncan is very, VERY talented with his jokes. (He is also very strong and fast in combat, having city level AP/DC and being able to run fast enough to draw with a character who had an airplane level speed)

(PART OF) Neon's lore: neon is one of the two coders of our solar system, who were neon (them) and throne (neon's older brother), they both coded the solar system together, although throne was the older brother, neon had more power than him

After many time, a malevolent entity named mason was corrupting many worlds accross the galaxy, until he reached our solar system, and was stopped by throne, throne fought him on a fight to the death, and it ended up on mason winning, and absorbing throne's essence (the essence is the manifestation of one's soul and conscience)

When neon discovered that their brother was killed and consumed, neon went with all their rage to kill mason, this required neon to use their stronger form, called Neon Supernal (not included for this post's fight, only base form, also i dont have made the model for other forms so ye), neon dismantled mason and shattered his essence, later, this essence which was a part of masons and a part of thrones essence was reborn into a human named Doppel

Personality: chaotic, and remorseless with enemies

Alignment: chaotic neutral (yeah yeah i know "ThE dEsIgN lOoKs EvIl!!!!")

Gender: n/a (although throne had a gender(male), neon was born fully genderless)

Speed: 250× light speed (travelled from neptune to sun in 1 minute)

Intelligence: very smart, has coding knowledge and an estimated iq of 400 if translated to human terms

Abilities: neon can grow tentacles to attack, can throw powerful blasts and beams, can control your code (but only if you scale below them) can regenerate (unless if you destroy their essence, which requires soul manipulation, without soul manipulation, you will have to defeat them by dismantling them and attacking them until they have no stamina to keep fighting) and can burn your soul (through soul fire), their claws are also very strong
