Recent condensation under 3W weather mats?

I bought a set of 3W weather mats about a year ago after buying a 2016 Tacoma SR5. I've had no trouble with them until now.

After checking to see if the AC drain was clogged (it was not), I took it to a mechanic to see if there were any other leaks and they said that nothing was found.

So, now, I'm scratching my head wondering what the issue may be. The carpet underneath is dry after a rain so I'm thinking it has to be the humidity in Louisiana and the cold AC in the truck causing condensation under the weather mats.

Any thoughts?
