Getting a bit worried about a reversal

I'm basically all in on TQQQ across my brokerage, Roth, and Trad IRAs. Total ~200k. Getting ready to do something with another 10k for the month, but the volatility lately has been scaring me. Not quite enough to sell yet, since a big chunk of my shares were bought last November and I want to avoid the capital gains, but enough that I'm second guessing buying more. Should I just sell covered puts for a while? Are you considering moving to other sectors as tech seems to be falling off a bit?

The smart thing to do is probably diversify a bit but obviously I don't want to miss out on all the huge tech gains. That's why I'm considering just hedging on more TQQQ even if only a little.

I built a mortgage tracker to update your amortization table for you

I use it every month to update my loan schedule if I make an extra payment. Paying down your loan quicker is more rewarding when you can see how it changes your payoff date and principal/interest ratio each time.

You can download it here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VMwMuCFdKYjhP_SM468bIrBaSTWq9tzKJFNgQr-5li8/edit?usp=sharing

Just edit your start date, interest rate, and loan term in columns O, P, and R. Don't mess with column Q that's just for calculations. Additional payments input in column F will update everything below it. The fees column is for things like prepayment penalties if you have them. Most people shouldn't need it. It also only works for fixed rate mortgages. If you copy and paste only the values of all the months that have already passed and then change the interest rate you could probably use it for adjustable ones also, but I'm not familiar with how those work so maybe not.

You'll have to update the escrow payment column every year on your own but all in all I think I made it pretty easy.

Most of this number is in my two fully owned rental properties. Still got ~245k to pay off on my own residence. Buying TQQQ until I have enough to pay it all in one go. My interest rate is only 5.5%, bought in 2023.
