How is Good Sam Roadside Assistance?

I am tired of paying the high amount for AAA. Never really used their discounts anyways but I want to keep roadside for the piece of mind. Good Sam has 50% off their plans right now and can sign up for multiple years with the same discount. Plus they don't charge for wife or kids.

Has anyone had to call them for roadside service? Tow drivers are they a decent company to get contracts from? I know I can get roadside with my car insurance progressive but don't want a claim showing if I actually had to use it.

Anyone Have Experience With Good Sam Roadside?

I know this forum is for RV people and I only own cars but someone suggested I post this here also since Good Sam does a lot of RV business.

Warranty Certificates

Couple of quick questions. Just bought new a car and and was wondering if the certificates if that 3 year rule is really enforced? When I went to Discount Tire to get a price the sales person insisted they don't care how old the tires are for the warranty just to ensure they are over the tread limit.

Also he sold me certificates for the exact OEM tires that are on my vehicle. If they don't have them in a year and can't order them what happens? They give me something close to the same specs? I know I should have asked that while I was there

Real Time Status, What's Visible?

I don't have MyStore access. It's my understanding only team leads and salary managers have it. In that screen, can they see the real time stats of FTPR for each associate? Or is it only the prior day? I know they can see the pick rate speed.

FTPR with Multiple Quantities

Let's say the pick wants 12 Kool aid packets and there are none. Does that count as 12 items not found in the first time pick rate metrics or only one? Assuming it would be the same if we only had 2, would the remaining 10 count as only 1 items or 10 items?

Just wondering how long did you final invoice for your lease return take to get sent to you after grounding your lease? I had their 3rd party inspection at my house for the wear and tear the week that I actually decided to return it. I am sure they will need to inspect it again. I still had a payment left but the website updated saying total amount due is $0 and that a final invoice would be sent to me in the mail. Just wondering how long it has really been taking typically. Also did you see it online also or just in your mail as the website says?
