My Wall Health isn't at it's Max even though nothing has changed. Help?

My Wall Health is normally at 5.xxq, with both TO perks. Now I'm running T13 Dmg Disso, and my Health is significantly lower. I already checked my cards and DW-bonus. Am I missing something here?

My first gold-boxed Mastery 💛

It took a lot of coins and almost a month of lab-time, but I finally maxed ISm. It's nice to see my farming runs being 2h shorter.
