How legal is reserved parking on public parking bays on Galle Road?
A friend of mine was harassed the an employee from a shop named "ADDRESS" in kollupitiya. They claim the public car park bay in front of their shop is reserved and they had paid the CMC. Is this legal? If so how do we know this is genuinely reserved and not fake? When he had asked for proof, the man started raising his voice and asked to leave immediately. Shouldn't they have a licence number or some sort of proof?
