delayed package at destination processing facility
hey so i bought something rather expensive off of mercari and the shipping was going just fine until it got to my processing center. the estimated delivery date was monday july 27th but its been a few days after that and i was wondering what is the hold up😭 i was giving it 48 hours to see an update like the website says but nothing is there. is there any way to change it to an access point pick up or is my package just lost? and how to get compensation for that

certified refurbished restock
i was wondering if you guys know when the certified refurbished kobo models get restocked on their website? i bought my kobo nia refurbished in feb 2025 and i love it there’s been nothing wrong with it and it even came with a case’ i was hoping to snag a libra color or even an h2o for a good price but it seems the restocks are far and few between

there was a problem with my application the first time that i wasn’t able to fix before all 8k spots were taken up (i think i clicked wrong on the english question i was on my phone and it was like midnight 🤦🏾♀️) so i was deemed ineligible. do you guys know how many times a year applications open up/tentative date for the next one?
