Lens Change?

Been out of the game for 20+ years, planning to start playing again, and I am trying to get caught up with all of the changes in paintball.

One thing I keep seeing when researching masks is how much the lense change on the ProFlex sucks.

I have owned a few masks (including a Proflex) and I dont think I ever changed lenses in them.

Are lens changes a more recent thing?
Is it to swap lens tints/polarization?

No surge protectors but passed inspection

We remodelled in 2022. Part of the remodel was re-doing all of the wiring as well as upgrading from a 100 amp service to a 400 amp service (2-200 amp panels). Our AC went down yesterday and when resetting the breakers for it I noticed that neither panel has surge protection.

Each panel has two single pole 15 amp breakers labelled as Surge Protection but the breakers are not wired to anything. I tried to get pics of both panels to try and show what I am talking about, including pics to show that there are no empty knockouts for both panels where a surge protector would have been mounted.

While I am comfortable doing basic home electrical work I did have an electrician do all of the work for this remodel. It is my understanding that code requires surge protection for both panels. The electrical work passed the inspection. I am wondering if the electrician forgot to wire surge prptectors into each panel and the inspector saw the breakers for surge protection and assumed it was fine without verifying they were connected to surge protectors? Or am I entirely wrong and everything is fine?

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Want to start playing again, is an Xmag a viable/reasonable choice?

Havent played since I was in high school in the early 2000s and would like to start playing again. I am currently waiting on knee surgery and figured that I would spend the downtime from the surgery trying to track down my dream marker from when I was playing as a kid, an X-Mag.

Is this an idiotic idea, assuming I can even find one?

I have been out of the sport for a good 20+ years so I have a lot to catch up on. My plan is/was to track down that dream gun and build the rest of my gear from there.

Noise cancelling wireless headphones for use while farming

Total noob here so please forgive my ignorance.

I need a new set of headphones to use while I am using my tractor.

I currently use a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pros. My issues with them are that they are wired which poses a safety issue with my machines, they are uncomfortable after a few hours, and not noise cancelling so I need to have my volume essentially maxxed.

I would like to stay under $200 as these are something that can get wrecked fairly easily. The less expensive the better.

I mostly listen to audio books while working, so sound quality is not top priorities. Noise cancelling so that I can use a lower volume is more important to me.

If they can be wireless that would be a big bonus.

Finally, comfort over long periods of time (6-10hours) would also be huge.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Picked up a Dune Racer locally for $50 for my daughter and would like to get it working for her. Battery is shot and figured I would see if there are resources that spell out my options for replacing it and setting up the Dune Racer to grow with her (she is 2 so I am hoping that she can get a lot of mileage from it).

Can anyone recommend some resources for buying parts and best practices? I have no experience with electric ride ons, but a lifetime with power tools, diesel tractors, etc if that matters.

If any more info would help just let me know, and ty in advance!
