need advice regarding neet 2026 and pursuing pvt bds

im scoring around 400 and i wanna try for manipal, bds
i wanted to know if the college is good for bds, ive heard from many tht its really good.... anyway here are my actual questions

the total fees is around 30 lakhs for 5 years so i was gonna take an educational loan, paying it back is also a huge huge amount.....like after graduating idw to be under the stress of debts and loans ukwim...so i wanna know if right after graduating ill be able to atleast slowly pay my loans back then i can do mds aswell
my family's financial situation is a very 50-50, not dead or anything but its unpredictable but my mom wants me to go to college anyhow and not take a drop sooo
idk im overthinking this
