I’m dreaming up my 40th birthday trip and want to do something epic with my husband. We have three kids and would be going just the two of us. Which of these destinations should we go for? Any other recommendations? I’ve been to Europe many times (I’m from the western US) and have been to Japan. I’d like to do something new.
