I have had dermatologists say these red dots are Post Inflammatory Erythema

They have been persistent for 4 years & don’t go away. I have done probably around 10 IPL laser sessions total. And a SkinPen micro needling session. I have spent thousands & have had no results.

I rarely get a pimple, these red dots seem to just show up & not go away. They are flat and smooth.

I know PIE comes AFTER a pimple goes away- but that’s not always the case with me. Half of the time, the red dots show up even though there wasn’t a pimple there before. The other half, a small pimple appears, never turns into a white head, never gets bigger than a tiny red dot, after it goes away, the flat red mark is what stays behind.

I’ve had the same skincare routine & products for almost 10 years so I know it’s not any products causing this.

I use Elta MD 46 SPF for my face daily

I do Gua Sha once a week & maybe that can harm blood capillaries? No idea.

This fan was given to me by my uncle overseas, so it has sentimental value to me. I have no idea who to ask but maybe someone near me knows how to fix this & i can pay you of course! the nail looking thing that is keeping the fan together feels like it’s metal. the fan itself is wood.
