Just sharing after a long journey of trying to find comfortable carry setup that this pillow has been life changing. I played with various wedge setups but was still getting hot spots and chafing.

I carry a 43X in a T1 Axis Elite 12 oclock AIWB with this pillow and walk 8-10 miles a day. I put the ulti clip adapters and its been perfect.

The pillow was really what dialed it in. You can adjust the filling to really get the perfect amount of cushion in an organic shape.

Just passing it a long if anyone is wrestling with wedges and still finding it uncomfortable.
