how can i recognize autism with high verbal iq?

hello! i suspect that i may be autistic, but my social and language difficulties do not seem as severe as many of the experiences i’ve read about. i think my wais verbal iq score of 139 might play a role in this. how is it possible to develop awareness of autistic traits in myself while having such a high verbal iq? if any of you can relate to this experience, i would really appreciate your perspective and advice.

i’m also have been diagnosed with ocd, ocpd and adhd.

had adhd and ocpd diagnosis

got diagnosed with adhd by one doctor and ocpd by another. each doctor disagreed with the other diagnosis, but i relate strongly to both. has anyone else experienced this kind of diagnostic conflict?
