I have a flight with Austria Airlines in 8 hours. When trying to check in my GF and I noticed that the airline had swapped our last names on the tickets making it impossible for us to check in. After contacting customer service they said it will need to be fixed at the airport and that they cannot fix it on their end. The rest of our flights with Lufthansa, Baltic and United. The tickets were originally booked through United. We had no issues flying in. This is the first leg of our return trip and it is preventing us from checking in to the rest of the flights. We have been dealing with the issue for over an hour now and the Austrian live chat rep says they cannot do anything and that we need to show up to the airport 3 hour early to correct the mistake. What can we do and how screwed are we?

Is the sargassum affecting the boat, sandbar, and other waterborne tours? Specifically I am looking to do the Fury sandbar tour out to Mother's Key, the glass bottom boat, the kayak the mangroves tour, and a sunset boat tour.
