Is it risky do do a Freezer spell during venus retrograde? The person is no longer in my messaging app, since I have another number. I don't wish them harm as long as they move on. Suggestions?

I had sex and the condom slip, though he did not ejaculate and the ring plus most of the condom were more outside than inside. The thing is I was on day 14 of the cycle. Took plan B around 5 hours later. I think I had already ovulated anyways.
15 days after I took a quantitative beta HCG blood test and it came negative.
HOWEVER, 16 days after (yesterday) I started to see what looked like the start of a period and felt a bit of relief but IT'S SO LIGHT, like it did stain my underwear, it started light and brown than in a couple hours changed to a red, but mostly when I wipe, it drips a bit but not a lot, its MUCH LIGHTER though the color per se is red. This started around 29/30 days since my last period.
Could this be a late implantation or implantation from following encounters?? though my main concern is this specific encounter 17 days ago.
Oi Lulus, preciso desabafar e talvez ouvir um pouco de realidade de quem entende de biologia ou já viveu esse pânico.
Tive uma relação em outubro (com camisinha). De lá para cá, minha vida virou um inferno de ansiedade. O problema é que eu entrei na ideia "gravidez críptica" e sinto que não consigo sair, mesmo com todos os fatos contra essa ideia.
O que me deixa travada é o seguinte:
Exames: Fiz três betas de sangue, quantitativos. O último foi em dezembro (8 semanas depois do contato) e deu negativo total (<0,2). Pelo que li, nessa fase o hormônio deveria estar no pico máximo. É biologicamente possível um feto estar lá e o exame de sangue não acusar nada?
Ultrassom: Fiz uma transvaginal também em dezembro. O médico, no posto, foi super rápido e só disse que meu útero tinha 7,2 cm e que "quem menstrua não está grávida" ao invés de dizer que não viu nenhum feto. Ele também apontou para cistos, será que ele pode ter confundido o feto com um cisto porque eu já cheguei lá falando que eu estava menstruada? De todo modo, na consulta com o ginecologista (que é outro médico que nao faz o exame) ele disse que apesar dos cistos eu nao tenho síndrome do ovário policístico.
Ciclos: Tive 7 sangramentos regulares desde outubro. Mas hoje cheguei no dia 30 do meu ciclo hoje (meu limite máximo) e não desceu. Meu cérebro deu um nó e agora estou em pânico achando que os outros meses não significaram nada e que estou prestes a entrar em trabalho de parto, apesar de não ter barriga nenhuma, eu sou magra.
Tenho uma oportunidade acadêmica incrível agora em julho, em uma das universidades de mais prestígio senão a maior, e o medo de "estragar tudo" por causa de algo que os exames dizem que não existe está me matando. Pra piorar, eu nem falo mais com o cara com quem eu transei.
