featuring Gresham Taylor on vox. definitely blues inspired with some lo-fi boom bap. Has that longing feel, with slinky/stoned/woozy accoutremont.
This album is mostly instrumental guitars & beats (Lyrics Born shows up on another excellent cut) and is a great summer porch record.
it's heavily skewed late 90s-early 2ks, but that's monoculture for ya. Solid choices and decision points.

A few days ago we were talking about Zero 7 remixing Radiohead, so I just wanted to throw down this really chill and awesomely groovy take on N.E.R.D.'s "Provider" - not a blending I would have ever expected, but it really works.
I’ve done a really terrible job at digesting this set of of/by remixes of Trentmoller. My brain puts his stuff in an icier, more abstract soundtracky braindance space. I was listening to this reworked/remixed comp that i bought years ago and never delved too deeply into it, and this track come up. You all needed another one for the playlist.
