For context, I passed the PNLE last Nov 2025 and will start work sa public hospital in my area. As much as possible I want to adapt agad since I know how stressful nursing is and ayaw ko din maging pabigat sa mga fellow nurses.

I would like to ask sana some of our seniors here some tips or advice they have for someone na will be starting work as a newbie nurse.

Specifically:

1. How did you prepare yourself mentally before shifts?
2. What are the fundamental knowledge I should memorize or review before working?
3. What skills should I practice or study na madalas gagawin on duty? (e.g. IV insertion, Endorsement, etc.)
