Hi all. I am a 42 year old bodybuilder and Fitness coach. I have been training since I was 14 years old and have served 8 years in USMC. Needless to say, my body has some aches and pains. All things considered, Im very fortunate to have the health I do. 2 years ago, I decided to try BPC-157. I have had many injuries over the years but the chronic and nagging one that wouldnt go away included rotator cuff (teres minor) tendinitis, biceps tendinitis in both arms, front delt tendinitis, lower back strains, nerve damage, several broken spinous and transverse processes in the thoracic spine. Nothing that would take me out of the game, but enough to be painful. I was always trying to avoid certain exercises to mitigate pain.

Fitness is a huge part of my lifestyle and sobriety, so taking a lot of time off wasnt an option. I started with oral BPC-157 at 1000mcg daily and I did start noticing pain relief after about 2 weeks in my shoulder. After about 6 weeks, my overal tendinitis was lowered probably 50%. That was just from the oral capsules.

I then searched and found a reputable dealer of injectable and that was a game changer. After about 2 months taking 600mcg, nearly 90% of my pain was gone. The only nagging thing that stuck around was about 40% of my right bicep tendinitis. Theres early any bloodflow in that area, so Im not surprised that place didnt heal all the way. But its much better.

After I got the results I wanted, Ive been on 300mcgs maintenance daily and things have been smooth sailing. Ive been injured here and there (part of the lifting game at my age and amount of years training) mostly slight muscle pulls here and there. The BPC-157 makes those heal way faster though.

Added benefits have been lower blood pressure, better bloodwork ( better ast, alt, cpk, and kidney counts). Inflammation is way down and I get to continue to do what I love. Train.

Anybody whos on the fence, give it a go. Especially athletes and those in physcial labor jobs.

After years and years of back and forth with Christianity since a preteen (,Im 42), I have finally once and for all stopped using the title of Christian. I have had some supernatural experiences, so I am not an atheist, but Ive come to the conclusion that IF AND THATS A BIG IF...the God of the Bible is true....I just dont like the guy and Im sure not going to worship him. All loving, but burn you for eternity for not loving him back. I have spent years towing the line out of terror of hell. Ive come to the conclusion that Im not going to love that way. Im not going to love a god for fear of torture. I just cant do it anymore. Ill stand with what Christopher Hitchens said... in solidarity and take my place amongst the ranks of hell's legions with my integrity intact if the place actually exists. My wife knows Ive been struggling with this for some years. Its just now that Ive been able to decide once and for all that Im done. It nearly broke her. She said that our relationship and marriage was based on Jesus. Everything we did...our wedding, our place of residence, our church, where we live, everything was based on Jesus and thought through with prayer. Not to mention the fact that I stayed with her during some fucked up hard times because of the hope that God was testing us for something better. That he would reward my misery and suffering eventually. Im done waiting. I kinda see what she means and I understand her fear. I married her not based on feelings, but based on what other Christians told me and what God told her. That was a mistake. Now shes afraid Ill leave. Im not going to. I love her dearly. Despite being with her for the wrong reasons, I have grown to love and respect her immensely. Shes one of the most caring and loving people on this planet. But I do understand her position. She knows I would have left years ago had it not been for God. We are in a better place now, so divorce isn't on the table, but its in her mind. She thinks Im going to turn into some monster. Im trying to be patient and kind and I hope that my maturity and kindess over the next year or two show her that I dont need Jesus to love her and we can redefine our relationship based on each other's needs and not what the Bible says. But that didnt help her emotional breakdown today. Anyways, thought Id just drop whats going on.

TLDR: My wife and I based our relationship on Jesus and now she thinks it will fall apart.

So the new BS Mandalorian has the cool new rifle, but I dodnt see it once in the movie. And I was looking too. He only used his old disintegration rifle. What gives?

My deconstruction led me to know for sure that the Bible is not innerent. But I do believe that theres a very good chance Christianity is true. Reason being is my own subjective spiritual experiences. Had I not had those paranormal experiences, Id be a hard agnostic. Im not trying to convince others that its true, Im Just giving my personal take. That said, I really dont like the Christian God and in no way do I or could I love such a capricious and vengeful god who thought up hell. I wouldnt describe myself as a misotheist, however. I donthate Him. I just dont want to suck his toes. Anybody else in a similar boat?
