Zip full flat ticket change question

So, I booked the Zip Full Flat seats from Narita to LAX in August. I thought I booked the flex biz cause I might have changes for my trip like staying longer abroad and so on.

I checked my email to look for the confirmation # and I see that I didn't book the flex biz so i dont have the option to change my flight or get a voucher.

anyone know if its possible for me to change my flight to a later date/time without incurring a penalty where I have to flyout the day i booked?

thanks in advance

Looking for a public pool in San Gabriel Valley

I'm new to swimming and I recently learned how to do freestyle and the side breathing. I'm in my early 40s.

I see there are public pools where I can purchase a membership to do lap swims for a small fee. For example, I see the Belvedere public pool in East LA where one can go to practice and do lap swims. I see a lot of the pools that offer lap swims for a small fee but the lane starts off at 4ft and goes on to 7ft. I still dont know how to tread in the water. I just want to go and practice how to tread and my side breathing for freestyle.

My question is does anyone know any public pools where I can practice my freestyle in shallow water?

any information is greatly appreciated. Yes, i called the Hilda Solis pool but they said the shallow is reserved for classes and the lap swims are open to everyone but it is 7ft.

thank you.

I’m torn between The Standard and Kimpton Maa-Lai for an upcoming Bangkok trip. I know neither is a "perfect" match for everything, but I’d love to know which one checks more of these boxes:

  • Gym: Spacious and well-equipped (not cramped).
  • Pool: Decent size and doesn't feel overcrowded.
  • Wellness: High-quality sauna and steam room facilities.
  • Transit: Easy access to BTS or MRT.
  • Food: Proximity to plenty of "cheap" local eats.

Which of these two would you choose if these were your priorities?
