How do you deal with this situation? When Grab food rider gets into an accident.
So i had an order for breakfast. Mga 10 minutes to arrival napansin ko di na sya gumalaw sa location nya considering malapit na sya samin. Then driver called me telling me na na-aksidente daw sya and sent me photos. I tried to cancel the order pero di pala pwede on my end kasi nakuha na nya food from merchant. So sabi ko icancel nya and report to grab na naaksidente sya. But he won’t do it. Sabi ko ireport nya para makakuha ako ng refund kasi di ko nareceive yung food. Dahil gutom na ko nag order na lang ulit ako sa iba. An hour after active pa din sya and he want back to the merchant. After several minutes sabi nya idedeliver na nya sakin. I don’t want to accept it anymore kasi one hour na lumipas and I am not sure if ok pa yung food. Kasi in the photo he sent kita na may nag bukas nung packaging ng food. He told me na nireplace daw yung order ng store. At this point nakuha ko na yung bagong order ko and I was already eating. I told him na kanya na lang yung food and just report to grab na he met an accident pero ayaw nya gawin. He marked as delivered yung food kahit di ko naman kinuha. Ngayon i tried reporting to grab pero they weren’t helpful kahit pa naka VIP status yung account. Akala ko pag ganun mas madali macontact yung CS. Although sa status ng report ongoing daw. Ano ba talaga dapat ang gawin in this situation? Walang magawa customer pag may ganito nga. There’s no way to cancel or report directly. Pahirapan pa ang refund.
