Rated E but struggling as a pitcher when moving up to pitching in D’s. Maybe I’m in my head some, but I don’t have a knuckle ball and I know this is something I see more as a batter. Which sucks cause it’s a pitch I need.
I don’t have the grip, per se. I don’t have nails to dig into the ball for grip when throwing it as I’ve only got to knuckle if as if I’m palming it and tossing it. But it’s inconsistent.
For the pitchers out there how do you approach the plate as good hitters
