My tv is bought in 2020 (INDIA) and got a discounted replacement on the tv panel after making a scene on X on the same year and now it's got a vertical line extending the entire way one pixel wide and technician asking for full replacement cost...anything that can be done? LG55UQ8020PSB (non oled)

Need suggestions for powerbank... Heard samsung and Xiaomi power banks are good but saw no reviews on spigen..ps: not a lot of budget as I'm a student... To be used with pixel 6a and capacity suggestions would also be helpful...(The cheaper the better)
