Nissin Oasis

I am a big fan of Samyang and Nongshim noodles, LIAN pho, but also have a soft spot for Nissin noodles, especially tonkotsu. My local recently got Nissin Raoh Spicy Tonkotsu which I really enjoyed and did some research to find more about them online. Could not find much information but found that the Australian Nissin line is most probably out of Hong Kong. I then discovered the Nissin Honk Kong website and it is a Nissin noodle Oasis. See links below.

Nissin Raoh - Brands & Products - Nissin Foods

The ones I would like to try most are:

  • Nissin Raoh Tori Paitan (which I think is the chicken version of tonkotsu).
  • Nissin Demae Thai Green Curry
  • Nissin Demae Chilli Volcano
  • Nissin Demae Super Hot Tonkotsu

Any Nissin fans? What would you like to try?

Your Top 3 Instant Ramen

I recently went through a phase, which I often do, of going through different brands and flavours of instant ramen, but have come back to settle on my Top 3.

  1. Nongshim Shin Black
  2. Samyang Buldak Black
  3. Nissin Kyushu Black

Note: If I had access to Nissin Raoh Tonkotsu that would probably replace my number 3.

What are your top 3?

Edit: Thank you everyone for sharing. Some great and interesting variety.

Indomie No Longer Enjoyable

After getting into Shin Black and Buldak Black, Indomie (Mi Goreng and Chicken Curry) are just not enjoyable anymore. They still have a good base flavour, but just not as enjoyable as they use to be. Has anyone experience something similar (be it finding something new made your old favourite no longer enjoyable).
