full disclosure: I hate Ginger Island. I see next to no point in it, the volcano is basically all I even sometimes use there. I don't care about the year round farm since I don't generally play to maximize or whatever, I don't care for the walnut hunt, nothing about it is appealing or useful or fun for me.
are there any mods that make Ginger Island actually worth going to? something interesting?
so like I know there's Sacrifical's mods and stuff, but I'm not really looking for something that intense. I mostly want a mod that will let unplayed households cause drama or scandals that my sims can then find out about, which I thought would happen with the newest expac but afaik it did not (unless that needs Neighborhood Stories turned on, which I don't play with because why bother if no one actually gets married and it just leaves a bunch of random ugly singles).
I can cause drama in my own sims lives well enough without too many mods, but something that lets it happen in the background would be appreciated!
so I'm a little bored of the usual careers and am looking for anything new! I don't have Get to Work atm so nothing that requires it and I do know about midnitetech and her careers. I'm wondering if folks have anything they might suggest other than her, though!
so what in your experience has been the best small business you've run with B&H (now that the pack's been out for like a year)? most profitable, the easiest, whatever.
I've tried running a hot springs a few times but that never works. I'm thinking maybe a sword academy type thing might go better though
I had downloaded IDO when it launched because I was excited to see a new Obey Me game...but I uninstalled shortly after because I had no idea what the point of it was? like it didn't feel like a game or even really an app at all. did I just miss something?
basically what the title says. I got Royalty and Legacy a few weeks ago with the Bridgerton kits (best decision ever, I love those kits) and I enjoy the noblity gameplay and everything!
but dynasties. I can't seem to like. make them interesting? they don't seem to do much other than get my sims automatically doing skills (which is admittedly very handy). so yeah, if folks have any tips or whatever for making dynasties interesting, I'd love to hear them!
so I love CC, it's always nice to find new clothes and items and stuff, but the problem is it's extremely hard to find nowadays especially if you only use maxis match like I do. there were blogs on tumblr a few years ago, but most of them seem to have gone inactive or reblog alpha as well as maxis match but don't properly tag it so I can sort through the stuff I might actually want
so where are folks finding their maxis match CC nowadays? I check the sites and stuff of some of the creators I already know about, but that's no way to find new stuff
so I downloaded a few NPC mods + East Scarp between this post and my last one, and I've had these events in Event Lookup since starting my game and no idea where the hell they're supposed to be.

the urge to play SDV again has hit and I'm looking for interesting expansion mods that aren't Ridgeside or SVE (I've played Ridgeside before and have no interest in SVE)! anyone have any suggestions? would also be interested in fun NPC mods, if folks have those.
