What surgery will fix this

I’m honestly just looking to add volume and get a round shape. I suspect I might need internal scoring. I reached out to one of the only plastic surgeons in my city who specifically mentions tuberous breast correction on their website and they said they think I should do a donut mastoplexy. To my understanding, this is just a breast lift and won’t fix the root cause of the shape. I don’t mind my areolas at all, I just hate the shape and want round boobs + volume.

They said the scarring will be severe if I get pregnant again. I’m postpartum with baby number 2

Do I need internal scoring? What would fix this issue?

I’m postpartum after my second baby and only recently realized I have tuberous breasts. I always thought I was just flat chested with huge areolas until I found this subreddit during pregnancy.

Breastfeeding actually was never an issue for me and I didn’t have supply problems, but aesthetically they’ve always bothered me and I’m starting to look into surgical options. These photos were taken while pregnant, so they were double their normal size.

For those of you who had surgery, what procedure would you personally recommend for breasts like mine? Implants, fat transfer, lift, areola reduction, tissue expansion, etc? I’m fine with implants and have wanted them forever. I also still want to be able to breastfeed in the future. I’m young and it might be 10+ years until I have more kids, so I’d like to consider surgery now

Breastfeeding and surgery

I’m 24 and currently postpartum after baby number 2. I only recently found out that I have tuberous breasts after stumbling across posts on Reddit during my second pregnancy. Before that, I genuinely just thought I was flat chested with very large areolas.

I’ve actually never had issues breastfeeding (even being a 32A before pregnancy) or with milk supply. I successfully breastfed. When I’m engorged, the glandular tissue/herniation through my areola becomes really noticeable. My areolas basically tripled in size when my milk came in for the first time.

I’m interested in getting surgery soon because this condition has affected my confidence for years without me even realizing what it was. But I also plan on having more children in the future, so I’m scared of doing something that could affect breastfeeding ability later on.

I appreciate any insight anyone can offer. What kind of surgery would you recommend?

Both of these photos were taken while pregnant because I’m too flat when not pregnant to really see the tuberous shape.

Super responder?

Started Ozempic 1 week ago on 0.25 and just took my second dose today. I started it because I wanted to get back down to my prepregnancy weight, and now I’m somehow down 11 lbs in 7 days (I know a lot of it is probably water).

I honestly had NO idea the very first dose could completely wipe out your appetite like this. The problem is it’s almost impossible to eat. I have zero food noise, zero cravings, and honestly zero desire to eat anything at all. Most days I’m only getting in like 500 to 700 calories and that’s with literally forcing myself to eat and drinking protein shakes. I’ve been drinking a ton of electrolytes to stay hydrated because otherwise I’d probably feel awful.

Did anyone else experience this immediately on just 0.25? Does the complete lack of appetite level out eventually? Because right now it genuinely feels like my brain just forgot food exists.
